Recently, we learned of a program that some pharmaceutical companies are participating in. A patient taking a certain medication sends a text message to a certain number; or they enter their cell phone number on a website. Immediately after, they receive a text message containing a coupon code. This code is redeemable at any pharmacy. The discount the patient receives can vary from $10 to a Free Prescription Refill. In addition, the patient receives free refill reminders and other valuable info related to their medication and/or their condition.
